Hi !
I'm new here and use esp easy with differetn plug in such as weight.

This time, i'm trying to use Display - MAX7219 dot matrix.
I succeed in configurating it with a wemos D1 and a 1x3 led module.

But the plug in can only display txt on each zone. I'd like to scroll a text on all the zones. Is that possible ?

I don't fully understand what you are trying to say here, but let's try to reword it:
You have 3 modules of 8*8 leds, configured side-by-side, and you want to use that as a single Zone?

If that is correct, then you should configure 1 Zone (the default), that consists of 3 Modules (set that field to 3), setting both Animation In and Animation Out to Scroll Left, allowing you to put text on all 3 modules in a single zone, that'll act as a ticker-tape display. Either by typing a text in the Text field, or by using the command DotMatrix,txt,1,"Text to display".

This is exactly what i meant.

Ok for one zone but where can I "Set that field to 3" ?

But I have 3 times "test" scoling in each module.

I red the documentation carefully but my english must not be so good, cause all is not relevant for me

That's strange. I will hook up a display and test, later today.

Most likely you haven't configured the Hardwaretype correctly, the default value Generic is not the most common one, all modules I received from my Ali friends need to be configured as FC16, that'll probably fix your issue.

NB: When having more modules connected then actually configured, you will see the content duplicated on the next set of modules, etc. I connected a unit of 8 modules, and module 1..3 was repeated on 4..6 and 7..8. That can be fixed by adding an extra Zone that covers the extra modules. Leaving that zone empty will keep that part of the display empty, as expected
