ESP Easy Flasher - error: espcomm_upload_mem failed

Hello everyone,

i try to flash an ESP32.

Unfortunately I get an error "error: espcomm_upload_mem failed".

This is the port of the logfile with the error.

Can anyone help?
I tried the reset and boot switch on the ESP - nothing works.

Please don't use the ESP Easy Flasher to flash ESP32 boards, that doesn't work at all.
Instead use the (also included) Espressif flash download tool. That tool won't allow to apply any settings though, you can set those either using a terminal program via USB-serial, or connect to the ESPEasy WiFi AP that is available after boot.

You did already chose a correct .factory.bin file, required for the initial upload, so that should get you a working device :)

You can also use the web flasher, which makes selecting a binary file a lot easier now we support so many variants of the ESP32:
