How to use the ExecuteRules command?
That's a no longer useful left-over command.
The only possible useful thing I can think of (not 100% this will work) is that it might be (or might have been) used to execute a specific rules file with the rules settings disabled.
But since the rules only act on events, I don't think it is useful anymore as there will be no events if the rules are disabled.
