pwm fade-out not working

anyone know which version of espeasy have pwm fade-out working? the latest ver, fade-in are ok. but fade-out not working.

I expect it to be broken since the move of GPIO commands to the Core, so you could pick an early-October 2020 release where I expect it should still work.

I'm sure TD-er is already having a look at it, but can't tell when it will be fixed.

NB: There's an issue registered for this #3434
