Just got up and running. Tried to connect my DS18B20 and got the "nan" at first (wrong gpio).
But now it only reads 0 degrees, the connection to MQTT is OK and so is the receiving part in domoticz.
I have the waterproof version with 1m cable. I have soldered a 4K7 recistor between the VCC and Data connection.
Any suggestions?

other people, same problem, maybe here?

you have a pull-up resistor installed, like the wiki says?

Re: DS18B20 Reading 0c
Thank you for your reply.
I have the 4k7 resistor between VCC and Data and i have confirmed the correct idx since the ESP is sending and domoticz is receiving the zero degree reading.
I will try to use the sensor on an arduino later to check if the problem is the sensor or the esp/espeasy.
