Let's Control It

Sorry to ask such a dumb question but I have downloaded esp easy mega and every time I try to install it nothing happens. I am the administrator on all my pcs. I tried it on 7 and 10 both are pro. What do I need to do? On 10 I saw the command window open and close real fast and nothing. This is weird.

Do you use the flasher tool?

Be sure to use "FlashESP8266.exe" and not "esptool.exe" as this is a command-line tool.

You find the documentation here: https://github.com/igrr/esptool-ck or use esptool.exe -h
No need to install Python.
