Are here people who successfully control their Philips Living Colors with RFLink?
Since this is the only use case that currently would have for RFLink, would need to know if it really works solid with RFLink.

Important note: only the first gen.
there are some color issues depending on the home automation software you use.
getting the cc2500 to work can be difficult (probably related to cheap clones and proper voltage regulators)

I use it combination with Home Assistant. It was a bit of a struggle
The only problem I still have is when Home Assistant, or the RFLink is restarted, you will always need the original remote to send some commands. Once RFLink has intercepted the right data you don't need it anymore till the next restart.

Once it works, it works very well. I use the CC2500 and voltage regulator recommended on the RFLink site.

That doesn't sound like a solution that works for a family, rather for a bachelor's tinker hobby.

Is that a common experience with the Living Colors?
