220V AC mains detector (slightly OT)

Does anyone know of a ready available 220V AC mains voltage detector module utilizing an optoisolator/optocoupler from China (AliExpress, ...)?
Although pretty simple, I do lack the time to source parts and build them. However, I haven't spotted one on Ali yet.

The only thing that could be probably utilized is this 4x optocoupler module: http://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/72vVnyB
However, in order to work with mains voltage, I still would have to add a capacitor and a rectifying diode at least. And the main
problem I see is, that it's inputs aren't sufficently separated from each other in order to use it along with low voltage sources.

Any suggestions welcome!

Background: I have an electric door opener working on 12V DC and a 220V ac motion detector installed and would like to monitor
both with an esp easy module connected to domoticz.

@JMJ: Thank you, this is, what I've had in mind. Will have to search ebay/ali though, since the one linked by you does not ship to germany.
