Problem/Bug - Switch with 0 delay is not sending data on boot

Hello,

Using R107.

I have setup a switch device (pushbutton) and requested to "Send Boot state".
The delay is set to 0 as I only want the state to be sent when it changes.

To test:
* I pressed the pushbutton so Domoticz virtual device is showing ON - OK.
* ESPEASY is showing the pushbutton as "1" in the ESPeasy web interface - OK

* Then I reset my ESP8266 board and it is showing the pushbutton as "0" in the ESPeasy web interface - OK
* But Domoticz is still showing the virtual device as ON - NOT OK !!!

from this I assume it is not sending the state upon boot as it should.
