Lost all info of Nextion plugin

After a hard drive crash, I lost all backups of the Nextion and EspEasy.
My biggest problem now is, how do I get the data from the BME280 visible again on the Nextion.
Can't find an example like this. This is currently what I have.

Thanks for your help, but i'm find a solution after a lot of reading.
