My ESP-01 is losing its settings after a reboot. All works great until I power down and back on again.
I am able to access ESP on default 192.168.4.1, I change the AP settings to connect to my home wifi, get new IP address, update Domoticz IP settings, add device and get pulse count sending to Domoticz on default 127.0.0.1:8080. Sorted but.....then I power down and disconnect from USB to Serial and power up and it fails to reconnect
The blue light goes permanently on but it fails to connect to 127.0.0.1:8080, am I missing a save button somewhere on the ESP Web UI??
I am unable to access Easy ESP UI via previous IP address and unable to connect. It also no longer appears in my list of connected devices on my wifi network

Re: ESP-01 not keeping settings
I asume you use the SUBMIT button at the bottom?
Start ove again and when ESP is connected and given new IP adress. Check with serial monitor what goes on after reboot by button not by power down.
No need to connect to DMZ just to see what happens.

As far as I know, 127.0.0.1 is standard for localhost? Are you sure that Domoticz sits on that address?
Re: ESP-01 not keeping settings
I have the exact same problem only i use the esp-07
I use arduino 1.6.5 and i have the firmware R048
If you solved this. How did you do?

Re: ESP-01 not keeping settings
127.0.0.1 is localhost, intended for programs running on the same server ( same machine) to speak internally.
It´s almost impossible your Domoticz system has this as external IP adress !
