Iwould like to make a sensor with a Sharp Dust Sensor GP2Y1010AU0F.
This is an analog optical dust sensor.
For this sensor to work correctly the LED must be pulse driven.
The sensor works with the Arduino code on http://cafe.miwor.com/SAH/20.html
Is there a simple option to use a GPIO to generate the pulse?

I have made a plugin to use this sensor. 
I am still testing it, sometimes it gives me a zero value.
I think the problem is timing or bad contact at the breadboard.
It is not very difficult building a simple plugin when you look at the construction of the other plugins.
I would like to know if it is also possible to build plugins for output tasks?
I think about driving a WS2812 led strip, a PWM RGBW led strip or a display.
