i am experiencing rounding issues in Domoticz
i send over a dummy device value without any decimals.
Does this mean is is converted to a rounded number(integer) or is it still a floating number without decimals?

ah, finally clear to me i let it run for a couple of days to see if it stays stable with current build 20200410(it did for 3 weeks) after that i only update the firmware and let it run again for a couple of days. finally i will change the rules to see if that affects things and will start the debugg...

i tested it also but i still see the old behaviour without %value%/5 countertotal=11 reboot countertotal=11 with %value%/5 countertotal=11 reboot countertotal=2 can somebody perhaps share their build so i can test with that one.(i downloaded build dated 15-04 23:30 so maybe i am doing something wrong)

if this was the problem then i am glad we solved it. are you saying that this formula is applied after you delete a device and add it again? but if you wipe out a module and reflash it then it is gone right? i use a manual pulse switch and sometimes just 2 wires connecting together i have D5 connected with a 10k pullup resistor and D6 without a pullup resistor i would advice always to use a pullup resistor what powersupply are you using? whatever i do i can not replicate it. discovered why ota was not working
i did set the flash size to 4MB but the FS was set to 2MB
changed it to 1MB, did an ota with the custom firmware and the unit came back online after the upgrade

finally got it working but it was no breeze. maybe when atom was running ok i tested it on an old build which i used for arduino (src directory renamed to ESPEasy) tested it again on latest build and pointen it to the source directory. not sure if this was the only problem but at least it is working...

i made the changes TD-er did to avoid wiping out the values on a reset. i also added the initpulsecounter command. maybe not smart to do several changes but i tried it myself and it seems to work. in case you get strange results i would ask TD-er to make a build for you since i make mine with Arduin...

I think not updating on every pulse, or at least frequently is cause for confusion. Just did some tests with your change in the rule but after a reset, only the Total counts of task 1 is restored.
