Re: Two OLED SSD1306 on one ESP8266

You can use a workaround. If you use the "framed" OLED and a regular OLED at the same time that works fine. As long a they are on different I2C addresses then it works no problem. Have a couple units doing it for some time now.

Re: TSL2561 overexposed ?

I know that there have been problems with ESPEasy running 2 of the same I2C devices at the same time. For example if you attempt to use 2 OLED devices of the same type it will not work correctly even if the I2C address are different and they are separate tasks. This may be the problem in your case. ...

If used as an output a GPIO pin does not "require" a task to function. I think that the status can also be used in the rules in the newer MEGA builds too. Not sure of the complete rules syntax for that tho.....

Looking at the picture on the right if you look closely at the actual relay you will see they are 12 volt relays. So the relays need 12 volts to trigger. You can make just about any motor work with ESPEasy. Just a matter of the correct relay setup and such. Same with limit/position switches.
The big question here is the actual door hardware to use. What kind of door? How big is it?
These are questions you must answer B4 we can recommend much.
