I have GPIO-0 as input for battery measuring over resistive divider. On input is battery voltage/10, for examle 0,4V max. I setup the "device" set the formula (%value%*18.7/4095) , submit and on device list i see good number 4,2V, everithing is ok, but after reboot i dont see 4,2V but 1,53...

It does look fine to me, what is the value name used? something common like temp ? Can you view the serial log, to see if something useful is being shown there when the controller is publishing the data to the url? Hm, thats the problem.... If your hardware setup would be wrong you wouldn't get anything useful on your screen, so I'm quite confident it's not that. Just be sure the GPIO pins are not (also) configured at another task. Only the generic SPI pins (MISO, MOSI, CLK) can be shared with other SPI devices, like the XPT2046 touch...
