Okay Flashesp8266 runs. How do I use the esptool.exe in command line mode?

Sorry to ask such a dumb question but I have downloaded esp easy mega and every time I try to install it nothing happens. I am the administrator on all my pcs. I tried it on 7 and 10 both are pro. What do I need to do? On 10 I saw the command window open and close real fast and nothing. This is weir...
