2 Bricked Wemos D1 Mini & Node MCU

Hope someone has an answer as seem to have some issues here and i have no idea what the problem is ?

in serial monitor i get this :

By adding 1, 2, 3 after the word security..... Works fine now.... Thanks for the reply, Updated to latest firmware as recommended. Exactly the same....... What GPIOs are you connecting these switches to? Are the switches behaving okay, as in are they 1 on high and 0 on low etc? GPIO 0 GPIO 4 GPIO 5 They are switches 1 2 3 in the device list and all show one and zero as expected when switch pressed, but the mqtt message on two of the switches is alway...

sorry to be pain could you give me an example ? Ive spent ages trawling thru the rules an cant figure it out, it looks like openhab needs to see OPEN and CLOSED instead of 1 or 0 I have also tried the map file on openhab to no avail. if i send a message from MQTTFX with OPEN or CLOSED its works fine...
